Kriotek Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kriotek. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the Services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

    You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify Kriotek immediately if unauthorized use of your account occurs. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account.

    3. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and materials on the Services are the property of Kriotek or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of such content is prohibited.

    4. User Content

    By submitting content (e.g., comments, feedback, or uploads), you grant Kriotek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for providing Services.

    You confirm that your content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Kriotek may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

    5. Payment and Subscription

    Some Services require payment. Fees are in INR unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payment must be made via authorized methods only.

    Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of Services. Refund policies, if applicable, are stated in individual Service agreements.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Kriotek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage, and use of personal data. We comply with GDPR, Indian IT Rules, and other applicable laws to protect your data.

    8. Cookies and Tracking

    11. Employment Applications

    Personal data submitted for job applications is used solely for recruitment purposes. Data is stored for up to 6 months after the application process unless consent for longer storage is given. Applicants may join a candidate pool with explicit consent, and data will be deleted no later than two years after consent.

    12. Prohibited Activities

    You must not engage in any activities that:

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
  • Bypass security or authentication measures.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

    We may suspend or terminate access to Services for breaches of these Terms, legal reasons, or operational requirements.

    16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

    17. Changes to Terms

    Kriotek may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.

    19. Refund Policy
